Educational and Informational Purpose
The information provided by The Corporate Dollar is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing contained in any website, social media post, video, podcast, publication, presentation, course, consultation, communication, or other material should be construed as individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or other professional advice unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and permitted under applicable law.
Financial circumstances vary from person to person. Information that may be appropriate for one individual may not be appropriate for another.
You are solely responsible for evaluating your own financial circumstances and for determining whether any strategy, product, investment, or course of action is appropriate for you. You should consult qualified professionals who are familiar with your individual circumstances before implementing financial, investment, tax, legal, estate-planning, insurance, or other strategies.
02
No Guarantee of Results
The Corporate Dollar makes no representations or guarantees regarding any particular financial result, investment return, tax outcome, business result, income level, wealth accumulation, or other outcome.
Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Any examples, illustrations, projections, scenarios, case studies, or hypothetical results are provided solely for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees or predictions of actual results.
03
Investment Disclaimer
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, The Corporate Dollar does not provide individualized investment advisory services through general educational content.
Nothing contained in the Services should be interpreted as a recommendation to purchase, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any particular security, investment, financial product, or asset.
Investing involves risk, including the potential loss of principal. You should independently evaluate any investment decision and, where appropriate, consult a qualified investment professional.
Where The Corporate Dollar or an affiliated professional is acting in a regulated advisory, brokerage, insurance, tax, or other professional capacity, the applicable regulatory disclosures and governing agreements will control.
04
Tax and Legal Disclaimer
The Corporate Dollar does not provide legal or tax advice through general educational materials unless expressly stated in a separate written engagement.
Tax laws and regulations are complex and subject to change. Legal and tax outcomes depend upon individual circumstances and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
You should consult your attorney, CPA, tax professional, estate-planning attorney, or other appropriately qualified professional before implementing any legal, tax, estate-planning, or related strategy.
05
No Attorney-Client, Accountant-Client, or Fiduciary Relationship
Your use of The Corporate Dollar’s website, content, educational materials, or general consultations does not, by itself, create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, investment-adviser-client, or other professional relationship.
Any professional relationship will exist only to the extent expressly established through a separate written agreement and only within the scope described in that agreement.
